BASIC PRINCIPLES FOR THE CONDUCT OF BUSINESS
Flight School International believes that excellence and cooperation
are the basis of academic and technical progress. For these reasons,
the conduct of its business is governed by a set of basic
principles.
These are:
To comply in letter and spirit with the laws and regulations of
government where the institution is currently located and operates.
To help strengthen the quality of the educational climate and well
being of people in its area of operation through the application of
sound academic and technical principles.
To stimulate the development of the aviation industry, and to
implement this policy in the academe by transforming students, to
the extent practicable, into quality graduates who could deliver
competent and excellent services in terms of international standards
and requirements.
To produce highly qualified graduates, continually developing a
relevant curriculum that shall address the need of the times by
constant research, always zealously guarding the reputation of
Flight School International trademark, and to aid the development
and enhancement of the aviation industry, technical and academic, by
deploying these graduates in the industry with their skills,
talents, knowledge, expertise, and other potentials they carry with
them.
To employ, to train, and advance instructors and personnel, building
and maintaining a loyal, effective, and efficient corps of employees
devoted to furthering mutual best interest.
To provide fare wages and working conditions for employees and
instructors alike, and to establish plans for their benefit and
protection.
To be a good citizen and neighbor, respect the national customs and
practices of various countries, and to develop an understanding and
interest in the welfare of each nation, its communities, and people.
To achieve a fuller appreciation of the importance of Flight School
International as a constructive influence in the technical,
academic, economic, and social life of individuals who come in
contact with this institution in the areas in which it operates.
